We are an internally managed global owner and operator of well-located commercial real estate assets, with owned properties in Canada, Ireland and USA.

Our current portfolio comprises a mix of office buildings, data centres (stand-alone and integrated within office buildings), industrial properties, retail, residential rental, surface parking lots, and a hotel.

We are committed to enhance the market appeal of our offerings using various strategies to better serve existing and prospective tenants. This will be achieved thorugh a combination of enhanced operational focus and strategic capital investments.
